2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature

3/4 cup molasses

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Rotal Icing

1 C. powdered sugar

1 egg white

1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
